We are currently seeking an Assistant (m/f/d) to support our management team and assist with accounting tasks at our office in Aachen.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accounting tasks using DATEV Unternehmen Online (previous experience advantageous)

  • Assisting the management team by taking on complete task packages that fall within your responsibility

Your Profile:

  • Ideally, some experience in the commercial sector or administration, with a certain affinity for numbers

  • Time flexibility and a self-responsible, structured work approach

  • Enjoyment of interacting with people coupled with good communication skills

  • Versatile in commercial tasks

  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
